"Sittin' on Top of the World") is a country blues song written by Walter Vinson and Lonnie Chatmon. They were core members of the Mississippi Sheiks, who first recorded it in 1930.
Deborah recorded her version of the song in the late 1990's in her house on her Regal dobro w/ out fancy gear to intentionally give it that " sit-in' on the front porch" kind of sound.
